Pre-Fresh Pen Renovation

We started to re-do our pre-fresh pen a little over a month ago and finished within the last few weeks. With cow comfort being one of our highest priorities, we saw a need to improve and expand our pre-fresh pen for our expecting cows. We tripled the amount of stalls in this pen and made sure they are spacious enough for our heifers and younger cows to adjust into the free-stall well. Now our pre-fresh pen can hold 100 cows and makes for a very smooth transition to our maternity and then fresh pen.
