GenoSource is excited to announce the onboarding of Crystal Dykstra as our Director of Genetic Advancement. As we continue to grow our genetic portfolio and program, the role of a director became necessary, focusing on logistics and analysis to elevate and progress our genetic investments.
Previously Dykstra spent 13 years working for a leading cattle reproductive company, here she applied her strengths in supporting, analyzing, and growing dairy advanced reproductive technology programs across the country. She has worked in depth with the different components of extensive IVF programs including donor program management, sire performance analysis, coordinating embryo logistics, maximizing recipient utilization, and analyzing conception rates.
The industry connections she has made, along with her experience and passion for working with dairy genetic programs, utilizing the latest reproductive technology, will make her a great asset to the GenoSource genetics program and team.
